Seal-a-Bration 2009

Seal-a-Bration was a big success as LJFS celebrated the birth of 46 pups this year.
The event also marked the 10th anniversary of LJFS which was founded in May 1999.
Children were given coloring books and also colored a page asking City Council to protect the seals.
The kids took turns painting the paper mache seal and lined up to have their faces painted with seals and other sea life.
Free cake, ice cream and juice were another big attraction. With the cloudy weather, the beach was full of seals and pups.
